Lead Time

Preferred lead time is a minimum of 5–7 days.

Larger or more detailed orders may require additional notice.

Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will include additional fees.

Rush Orders

Any order with less than 5 days notice is subject to a rush fee. Rush orders start at an additional $50 minimum.

Rush pricing may increase depending on:

• Materials needed
• Timeline

Deposits + Balances

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all orders.

Deposits are transferable one time only.

Remaining balances must be paid before pickup or delivery.

7Bill Cakes is a home-based business.

Pickup, meetup, and delivery options are available.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are determined by:

• Distance
• Time
• Location

Meetup Expectations

Customers are expected to arrive at agreed time.

After a 20-minute grace period, you are subject to a late fee.

Failure to meet the agreed meetup time may result in:

• $20 late fee
• Required pickup from business location

Inspiration + Design

Inspiration photos are welcomed.

Exact replicas are not guaranteed.

Mockups may be provided before production.

Design Changes

Any requested design changes after approval may result in additional charges and are not guaranteed based on timing and availability.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Deposits are transferable one time only.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued. A mockup will be provided to customer, any changes will need to be requested at this time.

Cakes are completed a day before pickup/delivery, at that time a picture will be taken to show final product, this will be the last time to request a minor change. (Minor change ex: 4 bows on a cake instead of 2.)

If 7Bill Cakes must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

7Bill Cakes operates from a home kitchen that may contain:

• Nuts
• Dairy
• Eggs
• Wheat
• Soy
• Other allergens

Allergy Requests

Allergy-friendly requests may be accommodated, but products are not allergen-free.

Customers are responsible for informing 7Bill Cakes of all allergies before ordering.
